I need a hood for my camcorder. Do you have one that will fit? All LCD screen sizes are based on the diagonal measurement of the screen according to the manufacturer’s specifications. You can refer to our Sizing Chart to determine the correct size and order the correct hood on the following pages: Sizing Chart
Camcorder Hoods Can you make a custom order hood? The minimum order for a custom hood design is 100 units. Please do not be discouraged if you only need one hood. Give us a call at (800)818-3946 and we will be able to determine if one of our existing industrial hood designs will fit your application. It will help us if you measure the width and height of the lighted portion of you screen as well as the exterior housing surrounding the screen. Once you have the measurements you can call us with the model number of your device and we’ll be happy to find a hood solution for you. Why didn’t I get an order confirmation or my tracking information? If you entered an online order and you did not receive an order confirmation by email or tracking information for UPS shipped orders it’s very likely that you didn’t enter your email address correctly. Simple errors such as a comma instead of a period in the email address will cause the order confirmations to get lost. Please make sure you enter all email address, phone number and credit card numbers correctly to avoid a delay in order processing. Can you send me a tracking number for my order? If you are a domestic customer and you are having your order shipped by UPS you will receive an email at the end of the shipping day that will have your tracking information. International customers using US Express Mail can email us for tracking information. If your order is being shipped by US First Class Mail there will be no tracking information available. If you are an international customer and your order is being shipped by US Global Priority Mail there will be no tracking number available. What are your business hours? When can I call you for information? Our business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major national holidays. I don’t have a credit card. Can I still place an order? You can call us to place an order and we can provide you with a total for check or money order payment. We will ship the order as soon as the payment clears our bank. If you prefer, you can place an order on the website and omit the credit card information and put a note in the Special Instructions field that you will be sending a check or money order for payment. Can I place a C.O.D. order? We can accept C.O.D. orders. Please note that UPS charges an additional handling charge over and above the normal shipping charges for C.O.D. shipments. There will be a $10.00 surcharge for C.O.D. orders. |
