Hoodman and quality are synonymous.  The rigors and challenges of high end production are enormous.  To produce a high end product, one needs dependable top flight equipment.

Their sunshades are often imitated, but never duplicated!  Even when we use "run bags" for our monitors, we use the Hoodman sunshade.  There's nothing worse than having the top "sag" and block the monitor!  They are light weight, rigid, retain their shape and easy to install.  We have several models too.  Sometimes, the client needs to see the shot without distractions; The high definition 19-20 hood is the benchmark. 

The SDHC cards are a FANTASTIC alternative to more expensive media for the Sony XDCam EX line of camcorders.  They are rock solid; we've never lost a shot.  We shoot all over the world from the 115 degree heat of the Arizona desert to the frigid cold in Russia!  The media is flawless.

The compact flash cards aren't just for still photographers!  We use them in our Convergent Design nanoFlash HD field recorder.  When you're shooting at 280Mbps, you need a card that is not only fast enough for the data stream, but reliable to ensure the media is captured correctly, the first time!  These cards are foolproof.
